We’re excited to announce the release of our native integration with Simpro! This powerful integration allows Simpro users to automate review requests seamlessly after completing jobs, helping you generate more customer reviews effortlessly and enhance your online reputation.
We’ve added a new variable {reviewlayout} to the review request email template, allowing users to directly rate your services within the email. This makes review requests more actionable and improves the chances of getting quick feedback from your customers!
Multi-location users
can now manage all reviews from different locations under their
primary location
. Additionally, responding to reviews for all locations can be done directly from the primary location, streamlining the process and making it much easier for multi-location businesses to manage and engage with customer feedback in one place.
Users now have the ability to update Google review responses directly from the dashboard. This feature makes it easier to manage and modify your responses to customer reviews without having to leave the platform, ensuring a seamless experience when engaging with reviews.
We’ve made it easier for
agency users
to manage their communication limits! You can now enter your email and SMS limits manually instead of increasing the number one at a time. This update streamlines the process, saving you time and giving you greater flexibility in adjusting limits according to your needs.

option directly in the dashboard! Users can now submit feature requests for our team to consider, helping us prioritize updates based on their overall impact for all users. Your feedback is essential to improving Grab Your Reviews, and this new feature makes it easier than ever to share your ideas with us!
To improve organization and user experience, we’ve moved the list of customers who have completed their review campaign from the Active tab to the new Completed tab. Previously, this list was accessible via a dropdown in the Active tab. Now, you can easily find and manage completed campaigns in a dedicated section, keeping things cleaner and more streamlined.

Private Feedback
option has been added to the review platform layout option under the review landing page. Now, if customers are not entirely satisfied with their experience, they can leave private feedback directly on the platform. This allows the management team to address concerns or issues in a confidential manner, helping resolve problems before they turn into public reviews.
